    Western Airlines (WAL) was founded in 1925 and was a major US airline based in California, with operations throughout the western US, Alaska, Hawaii and western Canada. Delta Air Lines acquired WAL in 1987. For auction is a Western Airlines flight timetable dated February 1, 1987. It was one of the last timetables issued prior to the merger with Delta. The timetable lists all WAL flights by originating city, with arrival/departure times, frequency and meal service. There is a 2-page map of the WAL system, information for flyers, and some great period advertising.
